Then they will be shipped out in 1 - 3 business days. We ship out orders Monday - Saturday. We will try our best to ship express delivery order within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped from our Xi'an office in China, it usually takes 2 - 4 business days for UPS to deliver. SHIPPING/HANDLING Our shipping rate is based on shipping method and weight. Rate is calculated by the merchandise weight, plus estimated packaging weight. We reserve the right to ship with comparable shipping methods (e.g. Priority mail from US Postal Service) RETURN/EXCHANGE vChinatown.com offers satisfaction guarantee for everything we sell. Here is the detailed terms: Customer needs to contact us to receive RMA(return merchandise authorization) number within 15 days after receiving the merchandise for any return/exchange requests. Returned merchandise needs to be in original condition. (Open box is OK) A credit of original purchase price plus sales tax (excluding shipping/handling charges) will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Returns will be processed in our San Francisco office instead of in China, return address will be given along with RMA number. We do not charge re-stocking fee for returned items, but we may charge up to 5% authentication fee for some rare/expensive items. This fee will be listed on item description.
